Jeff Bond

Jeff comes from a life of assessing the needs of people and then finding the solution that suits them.

Can you imagine getting a B. S. in Biology (West Virginia Wesleyan), a Masters in Forestry (Duke) and after 22 years in the tree care industry deciding to run a Bed and Breakfast Inn!? Jeff couldn't either! But that's exactly what happened. The Washington, D. C. life didn't fit any longer but "The Beach" did. He and his wife, Susie, moved to Rehoboth and opened the Sea Voice Inn B&B in1993 where they have touched the lives of (and had their own lives touched by) many people. "I didn't know there were so many good people in the world."

Jeff's and Susie's involvement in Rehoboth's Epworth United Methodist Church and their leadership of retreats at The Sea Voice has deepened their care for people.

Jeff is especially proud of his Real Estate "partnership" with Susie (see her story too) as they serve their clients and customers as a team. They are both glad to be associated with Ocean Atlantic and always seek to uphold its standards as a serving and professional organization.

Susie Bond

Susie specializes in "right fits." She found her "right fit" at W.Va. Wesleyan College where she met her husband Jeff. She found a further "right fit" at Wesleyan with her majors ~ B. A. degrees in education. She went on for her Masters' Degree in Early Childhood Education at University of Maryland and spent the next 20 years directing a large private nursery school in Bethesda, Md. ~ helping parents find the "right fit" for their children, and children find the "right fit" for their learning styles.

She and Jeff moved to Rehoboth in 1993 and have owned and operated a large, successful, 13-bedroom B&B and Retreat Center ~ The Sea Voice ~ since that time, helping guests find that "right fit" of a special get-away place. They still continue to lead retreats there ~ helping participants identify and then live their dreams, and teach classes together at their church.

As part of their community involvement, the Bonds are members of ADSIBB (Assoc. of Del. Seashore Inns and B&Bs), PAII (Prof. Assoc. of Innkeepers International), the Rehoboth Beach Chamber of Commerce, and Epworth United Methodist Church.

At Ocean Atlantic Agency, the Bonds now continue this team approach in helping homebuyers find that "right fit" of the perfect house for their situation.

Susie brings a love of people, high energy level, enthusiasm for what she's doing to her endeavors. She and Jeff are committed to core values like those of Ocean Atlantic Agency's ~ integrity, honesty and ethics in all their relationships.

The Bonds have two grown children, a daughter-in-law, and brand new grandson.
